Leadership isn't a title.
It's a way of showing up—with presence, clarity, and the courage to be yourself.
My work helps you lead from that place, wherever you sit in the hierarchy.

About Elli

  • Seventeen years in organizations—as an economist, consultant, and leading organizational and leadership development at a DAX-listed tech company. Hundreds of leaders coached along the way, in 1-1s, group coaching, workshops, and trainings. I've led transformation initiatives and watched what lets leaders thrive under pressure.

What all these roles taught me:

  1. Most leadership struggles aren't personal failures—they're what happens when organizations aren't built to hold the tension between maximizing revenue and helping people thrive.

  2. The leaders who excel aren't the ones with the most knowledge or the best strategy. They're the ones who know themselves deeply enough to stay grounded when everything around them isn't.

  • As a certified systemic organizational consultant and coach, I see and work with both sides: the individual with their patterns, the system with its pressures, and how they shape each other. I am also a bit of a framework nerd—trained in everything from systems thinking, neuroscience of change, internal family systems to spiral dynamics, conscious leadership work, and AQai adaptability assessment.

  • But ten years of Non-dual and Buddhist meditation practice have shaped my work just as much. It taught me to sit with discomfort instead of fixing it, to befriend my own anxious and perfectionist parts, and to be honest—with myself and others. That honesty is something I bring to my clients – by challenging their stories and naming what I see, even when it's uncomfortable.

  • Outside of work: Zen retreats, books and writing, raising a teenager, and just generally trying to master life in Berlin.

The world

But you can find
your ground anyway.

Let's find it together.
